Full terms and conditions will be shared with you prior to your first appointment. In summary they will include the following:

• Pricing:

  Pricing is available on application, All prices will be confirmed during the introductory consultation. Prices are personalised and tailored made to suit your individual requirements.

• Deposits:

  All new clients are required to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure your consultation booking whether it’s a Body Analysis Consultation, Colour Consultation, Wardrobe Restyle or a Personal Shop.

• Cancellations:

  If you need to reschedule your consultation, We require at least 48 hours notice period to refund your deposit. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge. Cancellations can be made via telephone or email.
